82. Upper Burbage Bridge and Redmires Resevoirs. 28th October 2014.

Parking at Burbage Bridge off Ringinglow Road we headed directly west towards the rocks then north west along the Sheffield Country Walk then east past Stanedge Pole then north east along the west of Redmires resevoirs then along the length of the three resevoirs. Following the path south, south east past Knoll Top Farm and along Fulwood Lane passed Clough Hollow to Ringinglow Road turning left and the Norfolk Arms for drinks. Turning down Houndkirk Road past the unusually shaped house on the corner heading southwest and when the road bears left taking the track ahead southwest. Holding this course across moorland to the A6187 then right down the road to the Fox Inn for a pint of South Island and a cappuccino. From here heading northwest along the A6187 then taking a path on the right, the Sheffield Country Walk past rocks and stunning landscape. It had been fine and sunny all the way round this walk then the rain came and soaked us on the last fifteen minutes of the walk but what a great walk.
