From the parking area west of Barber Booth north of the railway line we headed sort of south east following the rail line until it disappeared into the hillside. A very steep climb up Whitemoor Clough and over to Rushup Edge now heading north east to Mam Torr and Hollins Cross. From here heading west to Greenlands then north passing Hardensclough Farm to a lane turn right then left under the rail line continuing north stopping at the Ramblers Inn, our 100thpub . We purchased a very large cauliflower from a guy in the Car park to celebrate. Still north up the road to Ye Old Nags Head for some real ale and a cool J2O..oh and a fight with a wasp in the window. Taking the path past the post office south west on a lane then a bridge over the line turning right at the junction then through Barber Booth and following the river Noe back to the car.
