64. Riber, Lea, Detwick and Tansley. 3rd July 2014.

Parking in a layby near the junction of Riber Lane and Hearthstone Lane we headed south down Hearthstone Lane a good way until the path enters Brecks Wood then taking the path east which skirts the edge of Coumbs Wood to Nether Deo Carr Wood and on to Lea main road and The Jug and Glass for a spot of Marsdens Pedigree. Onward up the road to a path on the left which drops along the edge of Swinepark Wood then across Mill Lane north to Cunnery Lane turning left along the road a bit to a path on the right following the path to starth lane then turn left on the main A625 to the Tansley arms for a pint of dancing duck and a nice cool fruity drink f’ missus. West on the A625 taking Alders lane on the left then second left down by Daisy bank farm making our way west to Ribera ne and back to the car.
