54. Chelmorton, Horseshoe/Deepdale. 10th May 2014.

We parked in a layby on the A6 just before the Far Quarry entrance where the river Wye, the rail line and the A6 cross. Setting off up the quarry road keeping left South eventually crossing the A5270 east to Chelmorton turning up the road and The Church Inn, yes that’s right, opposite the church. Back down the hill past Common Lane and taking a path on the right between the houses west across fields then crossing the A5270 then a path south to the A5270 heading west then after a short way another path on the right heading north. Following the path through Horseshoe and Deepdale and finaly down the quarry road.
